To maintain pure-looking eyes is using salt. Put a little salt into a water tub and wash your eyes everyday with that liquid. This method will help your eyes look bright and pure.

Dip a piece of cotton into some cold milk and lay that cotton piece over the dark rings. Dark rings cannot disappear overnight, it takes some time to get rid of this problem so please, be patient and you will get your expected results!

To treat dark circles around the eyes, you can also massage a little coconut oil around the eyes.

 

Another treatment to treat dark eyes is to gently dab cotton soaked in warm tea without milk around eyes.

 Keep a cotton wad, dipped in chilled cucumber and potato juice, on your eyes for 15 minutes to ward off tiredness and puffiness. To strengthen and elongate the eyelashes, apply castor oil every night.

Like the skin and hair, the eyes tell a great deal about the state of your health, your habits and lifestyle. Illness, nutritional deficiencies, lack of sleep, anxiety and stress can all be reflected by eyes that are dull, tired and strained.

Applying pure castor oil to your eyebrows and lashes, particularly those who have scanty growth will make them grow thick and long.

Exercise your eyes  

When you are sitting in front of the computer like I do for hours at a time, it pays to do some eye exercises to help you not become nearsighted in the future. Some of the exercises I found:

1. Roll eyes clockwise followed by a blink, Then roll the eyes counterclockwise and blink again. Do this five times.
2. Pretend there is a large clock and roll your eyes to follow the numbers from the center to the number and back again to the center.
3. Look at a pencil at arm's length. Bring the pencil closer while you focus on it.

Get rid of crows feet 

Wrinkles on the sides of the eyes are sometimes called crows feet. This can be caused by squinting, sunlight and aging.
Use sunglasses, avoid smoking!

Put some spoons in the freezer for ten minutes and then press them against your eyes. This will immediately make your eyes appear more awake and vibrant. Also curl your eyelashes.

Moisture-eyes. The best thing you can do to improve the way your eyes look: moisturize the skin around them. Look for creams containing glycerin, sodium hyaluronate and vitamin E

Eye drops are a great way to add a sparkle to your eyes, pick a good product especially prepared for tired eyes and keep it in the fridge. Using chilled eye drops will revitalize your eyes and make them feel fantastic.

Always remember the skin surrounding your eyes is ultra sensitive. Tugging, rubbing, and scrubbing can permanently damage this area and will eventually cause the formation of tiny lines and wrinkles.

Whenever you apply cream around your eyes, always use your ring finger because this is the weakest. Sweep your finger lightly from your temple to your nose to gently massage the cream into your skin, and then gently pat the area with the same finger to increase absorption.

Dark under eye circles, are a common problem around the eyes, and can be extremely annoying. The bluing that occurs above or around the eyes can appear almost black and make you look tired or stressed out.

There are several things that cause these dark under eye circles.

As you age, the skin under your eyes becomes thinner, and as the skin thins the veins underneath become more visible.

Allergies cause nasal inflammation increasing the amount of pressure on the sinuses; this restricts the blood from draining causing blood pools in the veins and capillaries underneath the eye, creating the black appearance of dark under eye circles.

Other factors that contribute to dark under eye circles are: drinking caffeinated beverages, stress, lack of sleep, nutrient deficiencies, overexposure to the sun and smoking.

Home Made Recepies for Eyes

1) Grate half cucumber, strain it and keep in the fridge to cool. Take two pieces of cotton wool dipped in rose water and the cold cucumber juice and then place these on your eyea atleast once a day. You should lie down and relax . Appart from relaxing, cucumber juice will lighten the dark circles around the eyes, especially when combined with lemon juice or lanolin cream.

2)Prepare black tea( do not put milk) and allow it to cool. Soak cotton gauze in cold tea and use as eye pads.

3) Crush mint and apply around eyes. This will take away the darkness around the eyes.

4)Dip cottonwool in the solution of witch-hazel and use as eye pads. This is very effective in reducing puffness of eyes.

Crack an egg and just use the egg whites only. Apply the egg whites under your eyes and on the rest of your face if you want to. Let it dry and you will feel your skin tightening. Wash of with wash cloth and it should visibly reduce under eye puffiness and stuff. I do this on mornings when i didn't catch enough sleep. Second you can get an ice cube and rub it around your eye it helps with swelling and stuff. And you can always use either potato slices or cucumber they help too.

Get rest... drink plenty of water... and invest in some artificial tears to keep them moist. Also, do you have heriditary bags put cucumbers on them at night for about an hour before you go to bed while relaxing to music. The best thing is rest!!!!

Natural Skin Whitening

To use this skin whitening method, you will want to create a mask with a couple lemons or limes a cup of raw milk and a teaspoon of glycerin or flour. The flour will make this into a paste that you can apply directly to your skin. Apply this to your face and leave on 20-30 minutes and then rinse thoroughly.
