Usually common search engines do offer an advanced preference for search wherein you can specify a website whose content you would like to search. At Rollyo ( http://www.rollyo.com/ ), this experience is even better. Rollyo offers you to search the content of a group of websites that you can specify. There are also a lot of cool add-ons available for Rollyo.

Use Google To Search Within A Website

Google can help you look for something specific within a website by using "search phrase Site:url". e.g. "help site:www.google.com" will yield all help pages within the Google website.
