Spending a lot of time at a
computer or at a desk can create a bad posture that not only looks
unattractive, but is also unhealthy for your spine. Do the posture check every
hour: sit up straight, press your shoulders down and slightly back to open
chest , then lean slightly so your shoulders are lined up over your hips, lift
your chin slightly and line your ears up over your shoulders, then center your
head over your shoulders. Feels good!
